Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Your membership will expire at the end of the subscription period. It will not automatically renew. Close to the expiry date we will send you a reminder to renew your membership. We want you to stay with us!

Is there a free preview before I decide to subscribe?

The website is the preview of actual KIOSK content. There is no free preview or free trial period. You can try KIOSK for two-months at a low subscription rate to see whether you like us. Satisfaction guaranteed!

How do I retrieve my password?

Please visit the login page under the menu icon and tap forget password. You will be prompted to type in your email address and subsequently an email will be sent to your inbox to change your password. You will then need to use the new password to log in to your account.

How do I purchase a subscription?

To purchase a subscription, select the menu icon top right of the home screen, tap on KOEL KIOSK and then subscribe. You’ll be able to choose from various subscription packages.

How do I access my KIOSK library?

Select the login button top right of the home screen. You’ll be able to login using your email address and password and access all KIOSK content.

Can I download content from the KIOSK?

No. You can only download some of the pattern charts from the KIOSK but not the other content. Simply renew your subscription at attractive rates to continue accessing KIOSK.

Why are there ads?

The production and maintenance cost of the KIOSK website and application are high and we want to keep subscription fees as low as possible for our readers. Advertising revenue helps us with that.
