Knitting tutorial garter stitch

Knit Stitch

Knit stitch is commonly used for beginner projects because it's simple to knit and doesn't curl at the edges like some other stitch patterns.

It's also reversible, meaning both sides of the fabric look the same, making it suitable for scarves, blankets, and other items where both sides will be visible.

Using knit stitchtes alone creates a Garter Pattern.
