Sculpture Your Yarn.

Sculpture your yarn. Function is optional.

Start with what you already have. A glass bottle, a ceramic vase, a found object with a good silhouette. Yarn does not need to start from nothing. It needs something to respond to.

Wind chunky wool tight around a glass vase and the transparency disappears, replaced by texture that catches light differently at every hour. Crochet a vessel from scratch in a stiff cotton or jute and it holds its shape without anything inside it. Knit a dense, oversized cozy for a ceramic and suddenly the ceramic is the surprise, not the star. Stack two yarn-wrapped forms together and they become a collection. A shelf becomes a conversation.

None of these have a function. That is entirely the point.

"The most considered object in the room was never bought. It was counted."
