What if you did not?

Raw edges are having a moment because makers are learning to trust the fabric. A stockinette hem that curls is not a mistake, it is the yarn doing what yarn does. A woven selvedge left exposed shows how the piece was built. A cast-off edge without a picked-up border lets the stitch end on its own terms.

The question is not how to finish it. The question is whether it needs finishing at all. Put it down. Look at it. It might already be done.
