In Amsterdam, someone decided that a listening bar was a perfectly reasonable place to knit. She was right. That first night filled up fast. Then came the music venues, the festivals, the collective blankets, the knitting rave at Amsterdam Dance Event. Turns out craft and a good playlist don't just coexist. They make each other better.
The idea is simple enough to steal. A room with good sound, a group of people with works in progress, and nobody apologizing for bringing their project bag. No formal structure. No sign-up sheet. Just making, together, with something worth listening to in the background.
