Yarn is the answer.

The wall did not need paper. It needed yarn.

Wallpaper has had a long run. Pattern, texture, color, all rolled out and pasted into place. But there is something it cannot do: it cannot be made by hand, pulled from a skein you chose, worked in a stitch that is entirely yours, and hung on a wall that finally feels like it belongs to you.

In the living room, a large-scale woven panel does what a feature wall attempts and rarely achieves. In the hallway, a narrow fiber hanging in natural linen softens the transition between outside and in. In the bedroom, a textile piece behind the bed replaces the headboard, the art, and the mood board in one. Even a small knitted swatch, blocked and mounted, changes the temperature of a corner that was doing nothing before.

The wall is the largest surface in the room. It deserves more than paste.

"Every wall is a canvas. Yours comes with a yarn weight recommendation."
